By DjackVia Huffington Post After over 20 years in St.Louis, the Rams are back in LA. We all knew this though, that's old news. This season should be exciting for Rams fans, new city, first overall pick QB, and the beast Todd Gurley, will be in all 16 games this season. The team overall may not be very good but, i think they will be talked about a lot more than people think. Why's that, you might ask. Well, I believe Todd Gurley is going to break the single season rushing record this year. Yes, I know, bold fucking statement, this guy is the real deal though and he will get enough carries over the course of the season to give himself a shot at the record. This year would be the perfect time to go for it as well, Jared Goff is a rookie QB and you want to protect him, best way to do that is run the ball down the other teams throat. The Rams need excitement surrounding their team now, if you're going to be in the bright lights of LA you better shine bright. Only shot the Rams have at staying relevant this year is if Gurley can stay healthy the whole season. Gurley, will be given the ball close to 30 times a game most Sunday's this year, at 5 yards per carry (which is what he averaged last season) he would shatter the record. This brings me to my next point of who the record holder is, oh yeah its Eric Dickerson. For those of you who don't know, Eric Dickerson, played for the LA Rams when he set the single season rushing record. It's only fitting for the LA Rams to come back and do something big, since they don't have all the intangibles to be contenders this is the perfect way for them to go. Come back to LA and break the previous rushing record that was set in LA. Even though, he seems to be going down a similar path lets hope Todd Gurley, doesn't start falling off after he breaks the record this year like Dickerson did. Rams, you have to be careful to not burn out your young star but, hell yeah please go out give him the ball a lot, pray he stays healthy, and break that record that has stood for far too many years.

By UppyBleacherReport- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison took aim at NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Thursday night. It came ahead of a potential interview with the NFL after his name came up in an Al-Jazeera America report of performance-enhancing drug users. According to ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler, the five-time Pro Bowler didn't mince words: "If it leads to the hands of that crook, I mean [Goodell], he can do whatever he wants. That's just the collective bargaining agreement that the players signed [in 2011]." Harrison has denied any involvement with PEDs and agreed to an interview with the league on Aug. 30, telling Fowler: "If it went to a longer situation and I got the suspension, the bigger outcome wasn't really worth it. I wouldn't be on the team. I'd hurt the team, hurt my teammates and coaches." The 38-year-old former NFL Defensive Player of the Year called for his interview to be televised live and in front of the media. The seemingly ageless Harrison is coming off a season that saw him register 40 tackles, five sacks and one interception as a situational player. He is expected to fill a similar role in 2016, with Bud Dupree and Jarvis Jones serving as the starters at outside linebacker. Ok so first and foremost, who hasn't been named in the Al-Jazeera report? Everyone knows this report is full of shit... but if there's one guy who is definitely getting suspended, it's James Harrison. Everyone knows Roger Goodell hates the Steelers linebacker and gets a special tingling in his skinny jeans every time he gets the opportunity to rule with his iron fists and fine him. So Harrison calling for a televised interview is a bold move cotton! Personally I think it's a baller power move. I wanted the meeting at Harrison's house so bad but I'll settle for being able to see it unfold real time. And if I know James Harrison, he won't have a giant spectacle like LeBron did with The Decision. He's gonna sit down in front of Crooked Roger ;) and death stare him like Phelps at the Olympics The way I see it, this interview ends one of two ways. Goodell decides fuck you James, your'e suspended and is promptly the recipient of a DDT. OR James Harrison proves his innocence.. and promptly hits Goodell with a DDT. But lets be honest here. James Harrison is totally on steroids. No way a 38 year old linebacker can record 5 sacks and hip thrust a million pounds. Maybe the meeting could have an alternate ending of Goodell getting tossed into the stratosphere like Harrison's kids*. Now that's good TV. Somebody get me a job at FOX, I'll boost the ratings like Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl. *Wish my dad took roids and could do cool things like this. God why can I never have nice things?!
By, BobThe Giants organization needs to cut this asshole right now. New York football should not associate with scumbags who abuse their loved ones, especially ones as replaceable as a kicker. It does not matter if we signed him to a 2 year deal back in April, this man will be nothing but a problem with the tabloids. Browns ex-wife Molly Brown reported to police that there had been over 20 physical incidents with the NFL kicker, which included when she was pregnant with her daughter and an altercation with getting into his sixteen year old sons face. What in the world is wrong with this man??? More importantly why is Roger Godell only giving him a one game suspension?! Godell i know you're a dumb fuck, but if you're going to suspend guys like AP and Ray Rice for these kind of incident long term, why is Brown only getting one game?
I don't know what made Brown so angry, he literally has the second best job in the world besides for backup quarterback. Whatever complaints he has with his marriage that made him beat his wife make him a lock to be a finalist for biggest douche of 2016 award. Instead of beating your wife since your rich life is obviously so tough, how about you take your psycho ass to therapy and get some help. You're a squid Josh Brown, and are giving the Giants negative news that they really don't need to deal with right now. You're a kicker, you're supposed to be irrelevant so please stay that way. Really hope this man either gets cut or receives a bigger suspension because every player should be treated the same.Do less Josh Brown, you crazy bald fuck, wheres Lawrence Tynes when you need him. By UppyDo I clap? Do I throw things? I never know what to do with the preseason. It's like catching a glimpse of your first boob as a youngster. You're excited to see it, but you don't know how to handle it. But there's one thing I do know and that is that the Eagles are setting me up for disappointment. We saw it last year. Sam Bradford comes out slinging dong in Chip Kelly's high powered (4 play) offense putting up close to 40 points a game and finishing the worthy preseason at 3-1 with wins over the Colts, Ravens, and Packers. Great! Our offense looks unstoppable, let's ride this into Week 1 #SuperBowlBound. And then what happens? The Eagles become the Eagles. We ride into Atlanta Monday night with new trade acquisition Kiko Alonso who we only sacrificed our franchise's best RB Lesean McCoy for (Still cry my self to sleep at night over how easily Chip ruined this franchise). Kiko makes a big interception to get our hopes up, and then the Birds play like a big hot turd and lose game one, then let the Cowboys come into Philly and win week 2. So what do I see from the Eagles? We beat the Steelers last night so that means they have 5 weeks to figure us out and smoke us Week 3. Everyone knows Super Bowl teams don't care about the preseason. That's why 9 of the last 21 Super Bowl champions have had 2-2 records and seven have had 1-3 records. Only two teams have won the SB after going 4-0 in the preseason. But one was the 2000 Ravens who had Ray Lewis eager to commit a murder on or off the field that year, and the other was the 2003 Patriots who had a team of 53 studs, one of which is a guy you might know- I think his name is Tom Brady or something. So if I'm Dougy P, I tank the next two games. Make us fans angry at the team and expecting so little, so that you can come into the regular season and not lose to RGIII and the fucking Browns Week One*. Let me watch our new savior, Dorial Green-Beckham, go out there and snag TD's like Megatron 2.0 and please God let us do better than 7-9. If we're not making the playoffs then let's tank the season and draft Fournette. Wentz and Fournette for President 2020. And if we're gonna be mediocre, then I'll be happy if I can get a Miracle at the Meadowlands Part 3 (Fuck I miss DJack). *Seriously, if we lose to the Browns I'm going to seriously consider finding a new team
Haha fuck me no I'm not. I'm stuck here forever. By DjackPhillip Rivers- This is a quarter back that is known for putting up good numbers year in and year out. Those numbers may not result in team wins for the Chargers, but that doesn't matter for your fantasy team. Over the past three seasons he has thrown on average 30 TD's and 4,500 yards, pretty solid numbers for a QB that you can get a little later on. With the Chargers looking to bounce back from an awful 2015 season, look for Phillip Rivers, to lead that charge by putting up big offensive numbers.
Latavius Murray- This one was a no brainer for me, you got a young stud running back coming off a good season behind a great offensive line. When you're looking for a good fantasy RB pick, make sure to pay attention to who he's got blocking for him up front. The Raiders have either the second or third best offensive line in the league so i think Latavius Murray is poised for big things this season. Sterling Shepard- I've been picking rookie wide receivers for years, you can pick them up very late in the draft and if you snag the right one it'll be a huge steal. The Giants went out and snagged Sterling Shepard from Oklahoma in the second round (a steal for the Giants) and he's going to be on the other side of Odell. This basically means he's going to be open a lot since Odell acquires half of the defenses attention alone. This kid is a great route runner and Eli is always looking to move the ball around and find the open guy, Sterling Shepard will be that guy a lot this season. Martellus Bennett- Don't know if this much of a sleeper but he would be a great pick up for your fantasy team. The Patriots are known for that two tight end set that drives every defense NUTS. Remember Aaron Hernandez, and what he did on the other side of Gronk, well look for Bennett to mimic that. Gronk is also very injury prone and usually goes down at some point in the season and misses a few games here and there, Bennett is going to be the guy that steps up and become the red zone threat and main receiver. Even when Gronk is healthy, Bennett is going to get his targets and he will make the most of those chances because that's just what Belichick does, he gets the most out of his players. New York Giants defense- If you want interceptions and sacks to help your defense rack up fantasy points these are the guys to select. This defense is going to be all or nothing, big plays all game long, with ball hawks in the secondary like Janoris Jenkins, Darian Thompson, and DRC. Our pass rush will also be producing sacks like nobody's business, sorry New York Jets fans, but the G-men will be stealing the "New York Sack Exchange" nickname because they will deserve it more. I expect huge seasons from JPP and Olivier Vernon as they will have help form the big boys inside, Snacks and Hankins. I may be a little biased but I'm not stupid there will be some weeks when the Giants defense gets you 0 points because they're just abysmal, but i'm certain there will be weeks were they help your team make a huge comeback win. By CV Photo via Ai.com (Justin Hicks) I happen to be passing by North Carolina on my way to school and it made me remember the great season this team put together last year. The Panthers(15-1) had the best record in the NFL, lead by NFL MVP Cam Newton who had his best year by far as a pro. Now the question is will the Panthers be able to do it all again. A lot of analyst on ESPN don't even have them in the top 3, which is blasphemy. This team should have a Top 10 defense even after the departure of star corner back Josh Norman. I'm not gonna front and pretend that I wasn't very skeptical of Cam Newton last season. He came into the league with a lot of hype around him and last season he lived up to it. Many people, including myself, we're watching week after week just waiting for him to fuck up. But he just kept on winnings games and delivering in the clutch. This year he'll have his number one wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin after a knee injury in training camp kept him out the entire 2015 season. Newton should continue to improve as a passer and should be a serious candidate to repeat as MVP. Obviously 15-1 isn't an easy feat in the NFL but I think the panthers will easily win the NFC South again and make a run at the Super Bowl for a second straight season.
Serial rapist Darren Sharper has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for drugging and raping as many as 16 women. He has pled guilty in federal court to three accounts of distributing drugs with intent to rape. Sharper was arrested in 2014 and accused of sexual assault in California, and he was then additionally charged with multiple sexual assaults, in Louisiana, Arizona, and Nevada. The judge denied the original plea agreement, feeling it was too lenient, so this was the deal that the two sides could come to after that. Many people have raised the question since his initial arrest, should he still be allowed into the HOF? Now as someone with a conscience, and morals, I can easily say no. While Peter King did state that in the voting requirements, off the field issues are not to be taken into account for players eligibility, I think something as sinister as this deserves to be noted. Sharper is a 6 time All-Pro, made 5 Pro-Bowls, and won a super bowl with the Saints in 2010. He was one of the most feared safety's in the league, and hit like a train, but I still do not care about what he did on the field when the things he did off cross this many lines. He was not just a criminal of chance or by opportunity, he made calculated decisions and planned out each attack, drugging these women so they would have no recollection of what happened. I hope those 18 years drag by and I hope the Hall passes on him. By Mukby DjackVia ABC 7 News After a 5-11 2015 campaign, and major question marks surrounding the quarter back position it isn't hard to see why the NFL has such low expectations for the Niners this year. Chip Kelly will be implementing his new high tempo offense as first year head coach of the Niners. We've seen how this offense works, its fast and efficient. Only thing, the defense is on the field for such a long time during the game due to Chip's high pace offense so they gotta be ready to be out there 35
+ minutes per game. Do I think the Niners will have a respectable record this year? No, absolutely not they'll be lucky to win 7 games, with Chip Kelly and basically the same roster with maybe even a few more improvements i find it a little shocking they're picked to do so poorly though. If they were to go 5-11 again they still wouldn't be the worst team in the league and there's no shot in hell they could be worse than last year. If Kaepernick can be the QB he was when they made the super bowl run with Harbaugh, i think Kelly and Kaepernick could be a very lethal combination. I doubt we will see that side of Kaepernick though, he seems content with throwing the ball in every direction but to the receivers hands so i expect to see Blaine Gabbert week 1. By MukTyrann Mathieu was moved off of the Cardinals PUP list Tuesday afternoon, and that officially marked his return to pro football. Few players in the NFL can affect and take over a game the way Mathieu can, and he will look to pick up where he left off last year before his ACL tear. Many believed Mathieu was the favorite for the DPOY award last season up until his injury, and I have him as my pre-season favorite to win the award, as he is surrounded by studs on that Card's D, with Patrick Peterson as one of the top cover corners in the league, along with them adding star Chandler Jones from the Patriots. Mathieu has successfully out ran the dark cloud that followed him throughout his college days at LSU, where he fell from the top of the sports world as a Heisman Trophy finalist, to being suspended and kicked out of the university for repeated failed drug tests. A once first round lock in the draft, he found himself begging teams to take a chance on him, and that team who finally did in the third round, was the Arizona Cardinals, and they have not regretted a single second of it. A playmaker in every sense of the word, Tyrann can change a game in an instant with his ball hawk saftey skills, and his fumble forcing tackles. Watching him play is a true joy, and I cannot wait to see what the Honey Badger has in store for us this season. #SavageSzn is in full affect in Arizona.
by DjackOn an episode of 'Hard Knocks' coach Jeff Fisher revealed, William Hayes a defensive lineman for his team believes in mermaids. If I'm a LA Rams fan I'm ecstatic, this man is full blown bat shit insane and that's exactly what I want chasing after the other teams QB. If he was that excited to move to LA so he could be closer to mermaids, imagine how excited he will be to learn he can make millions by just tackling the other teams quarterback. I think this is one of the funnier unique things you will learn about an athlete. A lackluster season of 'HardKnocks' is going to need to be filled with stories like this or ratings will be in the shitter.
