ESPN- "Could New England Patriotsquarterback Tom Brady really play until he's 46 or 47 years old?

That's the target range Brady highlighted in a recent conversation with owner Robert Kraft.

"As recently as 2-3 days ago, he assured me he'd be willing to play 6-7 more years and at the level he performed," Kraft said Monday at the NFL's annual meeting. "There's no one that would be happier than I, and our fan base."

Uh oh, just when you might've thought the reign of terror by the Patriots is over, Bob Kraft reassures everyone that it's not. Unfortunately, it looks like it's not even close to over and if that's the case we need to start testing more throughly for steroids because this is not fucking possible. For the last 15 years, Tom Brady year in and year out has been a 50/50 shot to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl, totally asinine. I might not be able to take 6 or 7 more years of knowing the Patriots are a shoe-in for the AFC championship game and a coin flip from a Super Bowl every year. Meanwhile, in Massachusetts and whatever other sorry states are considered to be apart of New England, are going ballistic right now receiving this news. I mean who wouldn't be happy about having the GOAT leading your franchise for another 6-7 years.

One person comes to mind actually, Jimmy Garoppolo. If this is actually true, and not just Bob Kraft blowing smoke up the fans asses, then Jimmy G's days in New England are numbered. My best guess would be he gets traded on draft day, or a couple days before, all I know is he won't be in New England for long.

As for for the Patriots future, as long as they have Brady and Belichick they'll be competing for championships. With that being said this 6-7 more years thing is ridiculous, no way Tom Brady can play that much longer I don't care how crazy his nutrition and workouts are, no person can withstand the nature of the NFL grind for that long, simply not possible. Unless Tom Brady is a super human, which he very well might be, he won't be playing until he's 46-47. My best guess would be that Brady plays another 3 years and then calls it quits after he wins his 6th Super Bowl or whatever number he's at come that period in time.
