By DjackFor 3 1/2 quarters Twitter was filled with how awful Brock Osweiler is, but his last 3 drives of the game shut everybody up real quick. The Colts had a 14 point lead with under 7 minutes left in the game, it was all but over until the Texans offense decided to find their grove out of nowhere. On the final 3 drives of the game Brock Osweiler was a machine, completing 14/17passes for 168 yards, throwing two touchdowns along the way. I don't know what happened, but Brock Osweiler looked like a man playing for his job in the last couple minutes of that game, probably because he was. I understand the criticism of Brock Osweiler, for the first 53 minutes of the game he was 11/22 for 101 yards with an interception, pretty atrocious for a guy making 18 million a year, especially against a JV defense like the Colts. The thing is when you signed this guy you knew you weren't getting a finished product, everyone is expecting Osweiler to come in and shred defenses, give the kid some time learn how to become an NFL quarterback. He's proven he can win big games, he beat the then undefeated Patriots last year, and last night he led a heroic fourth quarter comeback. As for the Colts, they're just a bad team, how do u lose a game where you're up by 14 with just 7 minutes to play, fucking pathetic. Now all week I'm going to hear about how Andrew Luck is underachieving, let me tell you something, if the Colts didn't have Andrew Luck they'd be 0-6 with an average loss margin of 30+. Luck is the only reason this team is in games, his offensive line is the worst in the league, his weapons on the outside are weak, and the defense is clearly garbage. The Colts had a 100yard rusher for the first time since 2012 last night, shows just how much help Luck is getting from his supporting cast. Colts fans should be crucifying the GM not Luck, the fact he put together this roster expecting to win shows just how intelligent he really is because this roster honestly may have less talent than the Browns. Just think if Texans don't pull off that crazy comeback we're probably talking about how the Texans are in big trouble and how the Colts are back on the rise. Funny how football works.
