By DjackTeddy Bridgewaters season is over before it started. It has not been confirmed yet, but we all know the bad news will arrive soon enough. When your head coach says it doesn't look good, it's not good, especially when it comes to a knee injury it's either something small or huge there's no in between. This was supposed to be the year Teddy takes the next step and we get to see the QB he really is without being protected by the run game and underneath passing. Well, that's not going to happen anymore, but if you're a Vikings fan it's not time to panic. Bridgewater isn't anything special, lets be honest, so bring in a capable QB and let AD carry the offense like he has for the past decade. This certainly isn't an unfamiliar situation for the Vikings, they haven't had a good QB since Brett Farve had his magical season in Minnesota. Vikings defense and running game will still keep them as a potential wildcard winner, on the other hand though any hopes of winning a playoff game have vanished. Actually, even with Bridgewater they weren't going to win a playoff game, so I guess this injury doesn't really effect the team whatsoever. No excuses this year Vikings fans, you didn't lose anything special.
