By DjackThe Redskins showed exactly why they're the biggest piece of garbage organization in the NFL once again. As if being called the Redskins, a racially derogatory term towards Native Americans, wasn't bad enough, now they have to treat the members of their front office like garbage too. For some time now the Redskins have been making decisions without GM Sean McCloughan being apart of the process. A few weeks ago the story broke that he'd been dismissed until further notice, and that was the beginning of the end. In a matter of weeks the Redskins destroyed this mans entire image belittling him to nothing but another schmuck. If this is the way the Redskins treat valuable members of their organization it's no wonder why the rarely have success.
Dan Snyder is the James Dolan of the NFL, completely incompetent, everyone hates him, and they he continues to fuck up everything he touches. James Dolan was just recently in headlines for the way handled the entire Charles Oakley situation, and it's eerily similar to the Redskins situation. Apparently, Oakley had a drinking problem just like McCloughan, although the Knicks failed to prove it, so it got swept under the rug. The biggest difference being Oakley if just an alumni of the Knicks trying to come to a game, meanwhile McCloughan is active GM coming to work drunk. In both cases it was handled wrong, handled without class, and as a result both owners look spineless. Redskins should've fired Sean McCloughan, showing up to work all the time drunk is inexcusable, however they should've went about it much differently. Fire him, but don't put his personal demons on blast for the world to know, that's just not right. The Redskins prove they're spineless and it's no wonder why this organization is always mediocre or bad, the people they have running the organization are idiots. I mean if a kid like me knows that's not how you treat people, a person of Dan Snyder's status should definitley know that, realistically it's just common sense. The Redskins continue to look like amateurs, the dysfunction within their organization continues, and as a Giants fan I'm loving every second of it, so keep it coming for all I care.
