By UppyI'll say this just like I said it before: Sam Bradford is a good quarterback. If you look at the second half of last year, Bradford was playing at an elite (?) level, plagued by drops from his receivers (@JordanMatthews) and a constantly tired defense thanks to Chip- the Bane of the franchise- Kelly. If his receivers were semi-competent, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation. When Bradford was traded to the Vikings, I had a mental breakdown, unsure of what I was going to get from Carson Wentz.
WELL, now that Wentz added on to the misery of the Factory of Sadness, the Cleveland Browns.. GO FUCK YOURSELF BRADFORD!! GOOD RIDDANCE boiiiii. That's a two-sided front. On one hand I'm thrilled to have a QB that appears to have franchise potential (please God don't ruin this for me). Being able to already watch the guy we mortgaged the future for is exciting, and means I don't have to sport first round pick blue balls with him on the inactive list all year. However, I don't actually wish bad luck for Sammy Sleeves. He didn't leave Philly, he was traded, which is a HUGE difference. Oh so we're supposed to hate Sam and wish bad things for him? He didn't do anything bad to Philly. He gave us all he had and preformed to the best of his ability for this team. I honestly wish Bradford nothing but the best, with the exception of a Super Bowl victory. I hope he can parlay a good season with the Vikings into a starting job somewhere in the AFC East where he can't get past Brady and actually hurt the Eagles. But while I low key cheer for number 8, I will continue to high key ridicule his poor plays with exclamations of "Thank God we got rid of this bum". I get to play both sides because I'm a blogger and I change my opinion whenever I want. Welcome to 2016. PS. If Wentz doesn't show up tonight this blog, along with my television, will get thrown out the window. Go Birds
