By DjackHonestly, it's the Cleveland Browns, there's nothing to be happy about, this was a game we were supposed to win. Sitting at 8-3 is a different story, that is something us Giants fans can be happy about. Second best record in the NFC, that's something Giants fans should be ecstatic about. Not everyday that the Giants have this many wins this early in the season, in fact, besides for 2008 this is definitely our best start to a season in the Eli Manning era. Regardless, doesn't mean we can just start mailing it in now, but I know the Giants won't. JPP and Eli Manning know what it takes to win championships in this league, so they'll keep the guys focused. Everyone saying the Giants looked bad against the Browns and Bears is right because they did, but the Giants play to their competiton, it's always been that way. The Giants will look better in their final 5 games since they're going up against playoff contenders in every game the rest of the way, this will make them look more convincing for all you non-believers. The defense has looked absolutely incredible the last 6 games, 11 turnovers and 25 sacks in 6 games is pretty damn incredible. The reason we won 6 straight as a matter of fact. The offense is Odell Beckham Jr., if he's not making big plays, if he's not setting us up to be in position to score, or scoring the touchdowns for us, this offense is nothing. Odell takes a double team basically every play, which means someone should be getting open, that falls on Shepard, Cruz, and the tight ends. As for Eli this clearly hasn't been his best year, he's been innaccurate at times this season, his deep ball doesn't seem to quite have the same zip behind it, and his protection hasn't been stellar either. The Giants just need to fix a couple minor things on offense and I think we could get back to last years form on that side of the ball. The defense continues to get better each week which is actually scary at this point, the offense is just a few tweaks away from being very effective, and then once that comes together I truly believe the Giants have one of the top 3 most complete rosters in football. Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves though, Pittsburgh next week is a tough game, time to show everyone what we're really made of, which is 110cc of pure savage.
