By UppyGod being a Philly fan is tough. Eagles trade their starting QB 8 days before the season and we're all ready to throw in the towel on the 2016 season. Then this Carson Wentz guy who wasn't even supposed to be in pads for the year is starting and for the first three weeks he SLINGS it around the field, goes 3-0, and starts to make the fans believe.
We go on the bye and everyone is feeling good. Then we lose to the fucking Lions and proceed to lose to the entire NFC East in a month and now we sit at 4-4. WTF happened? At the end of September Doug Pederson could've ran for mayor and won in a landslide. Then he decides to be ballsy and go for it on 4th down a few too many times and people are starting to get antsy. We let the first couple of interesting moves go because he's a noob and just getting his feet wet. Now its week 10 and the cute mistakes aren't so cute anymore. If the Eagles lose another division game the season is over. The Cowboys sit at 7-1 and are dominating the NFC East. Mr Facial Expressions himself, Eli Manning, falls ass backwards into a W due to some poor Wentz mistakes and I'm ready to tank and draft a semi-capable WR who could possibly run and chew gum at the same time (something the Eagles WRs can't even think about doing because they don't know how to run routes or catch footballs). The bright side is that the Eagles have been in every game they've played. If a few plays go differently I could be sitting here calling for a Wentz/Pederson statue to be built next to Rocky. But instead, here I sit in a Dunkin Donuts while drinking the coffee that I HAD TO PAY FOR because for the fourth time in five weeks the Eagles lost. Please get it together guys because I can't afford to stop getting free coffee on Mondays like you guys got me for the first three weeks. #HelpPoorUppy Let's take the Wentz Wagon to Pep Boys and get a tune up or I'll just see you guys next September and become a Raiders fan for the remainder of the year.
