By BobAnother week, another injury. This weeks big injury news comes from the Pittsburgh Steelers camp who will be without their star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for at least a few weeks. Big Ben needs meniscus surgery to trim off some the torn part of his knee. The knee may not ever fully repair, but it will allow his body to recover in a much faster time span. This is a big blow for a contending team, who will be playing the New England Pats next week and we all know how well they have been playing. Landry Jones is set to start for the Steelers (yikes) which will obviously have an impact on the performances of the receiving corps. Luckily, Leveon Bell has been playing outstanding since his return and the best running back in the league can easily take over this offense. There is not timetable yet for when Big Ben would return but if I was a Pittsburgh fan i would hope its as soon as possible. When you lose to a disgraceful Dolphins team that may be a sign its time to hit the panic button. It is certainly going to be a challenge for Mike Tomlin to scheme this upcoming week with such a gaping hole in his offenses ability, but he will have to make due with the cards he is dealt.
