By Djack1. Patriots (13-3)
No surprise to see the Pats being picked to win their division, but this one is really a no-brainer. Even with Brady suspended the first four games, they'll still manage to have a better regular season than last year. Garoppolo will lead them to a 3-1 record, losing the opener to a very good Cardinals squad on the road. Once Brady comes back, watch out NFL because he is going to be out for blood. I honestly think this is going to be one of Brady's more legendary years coming up. He wants to kill Roger Goodell and he's going to prove that by killing any team in his way. Oh, the Patriots also have the best defense they've had since the 03-04 championship team. Watch out NFL because this is the team to beat this season and my pick to win the Super Bowl. 2. Bills (9-7) The Buffalo Bills could be a playoff team this year, obviously the division is out of the question but they could very well earn a wild card spot. It all comes down to how Tyrod Taylor plays, if he plays good this offense can do wonderful things, but if he is just average look for another 7-9 Bills team. The defense is filled with question marks due to injury and suspension, so the personnel the first four weeks of the season could be a little thin. That's the least of my concerns with the Ryan brothers coaching them. 3. Jets (8-8) A great defense, that's the foundation to any good Jets team, and that foundation is definitely strong this season. My problem with the Jets is that I think they're too high off of last season and believe in Ryan Fitzpatrick a little too much. They have an old running back in Matt Forte, Brandon Marshall is also getting up their in age, along with an aging and deflated offensive line. I just can't see this team's offense doing the things they did last year. The crazy part is the offense had they're best season ever and it still wasn't enough to get into the playoffs, sorry Jets fans but this is just another year filled with false hope. 4. Dolphins (6-10) I don't know much about the Dolphins except that they've spent a crazy amount of their defense and it hasn't helped at all. This franchise just can't seem to get back to being competitive and that's mostly in part to not being able to find a real quarterback. They have good receivers in Jarvis Landry and Devante Parker, with the addition of Arian Foster in the backfield, Tannenhill has no excuse not to perform this season. It's time for the Dolphins to prove something, I don't think they will but maybe they'll be a sleeper that bursts onto the scene this year.
