By MukThe NBA has released their official schedule for this upcoming season, and we sure do have some big games and big homecomings to look forward to this year. The first big game to look for November 3rd when the Thunder travel to the West Coast to take on the Warriors, in the first matchup of KD vs. Russ and his former Thunder. Every ounce of my body wants Russell to come out drop 50 in Steph's face, and watch KD shit the bed. Fuck the Warriors. The next game is the following day when DRose travels back to Chicago with the Knicks to take on the Bulls for his first game since leaving. Then, on November 10th we have D-Wade and the Bulls traveling down to South Beach in Mr. Wade County's return to the city that he helped bring 3 rings to. That game should be an amazing homecoming for D-Wade as I expect the Miami crowd and organization to pay nothing but respect to the man who gave the city nothing but blood sweat and tears for 13 years. Then we have the always great Christmas Day, where the NBA has been able to make their mark. We have the NBA finals rematch, between Lebron and the Cavs against Steph and the bitchass Warriors, along with Celtics at Knicks for a huge Eastern Conference matchup, then we have Jimmy Butler and the Bulls at the Spurs for their first Christmas Day game without Timmy D in two decades, capped off by two night games of the budding, and my personal favorite, T-Wolves at the Thunder, where Kris Dunn will face off against the league's best point guard in RussBrook, with the final game of X-Mas being a LA battle of Clippers and the young Lakers, which will be a mid-season test for the Lakers. I am quite excited for this upcoming season and these big time games have got me even more hyped. Go Wolves/Bulls/Heat #AWigginsTheGod #Dwade #HeatLifer

By, BobIt was a very obvious move, but Lebron James is reportedly singing back with the Cavs on a 3-year $100 million dollar deal.James announced his return to The Land via an Uninterrupted video on Twitter. That man straight up earned that money, and whats crazy is this is the first time he is the leagues highest paid player. Its about time, I love how he gave the shout out to JR so that the front office will finally pay him. Now that the deal is set in stone, all the boys can get back to business and get ready for the inevitable finals rematch against the super team Warriors with Kevin Durant ready to earn his first ring. Lebron has always been my favorite player, so i would love nothing more then to him to win back to back titles against the pussiest team in the NBA.
By MukLast night the US men's team held off Australia, 98-88, after trailing at the half 54-49, their first time trailing in these games, as Australia's offense came out hot and firing. We knew Australia would be the US's biggest test in these games, as they have their fair share of NBA players who can definitely ball. This game was important for the US, because it's a reality check and a confidence builder, as they responded to the deficit and finished strong. Melo absolutely put the team on his back, dropping 30 points, and showing why he is Captain America. He's now the all time leading scorer in USA men's basketball history. Melo dropped 14 in the fourth, in true captain fashion, while Kyrie added 12 of his 19 in the final 6 & 1/2 minutes of the fourth. The US struggled at times and the Australian offense has proved troublesome with their constant screens and player movement, but for the US to prevail and finish so strong, it shows their will to win. The US men's team has not lost a Olympic game since 2004 and something tells me they don't plan on losing one anytime soon.
by DjackEnes Gülen, formerly Enes Kanter has changed his name due to being disowned by his family. This has got to be one of the most brutal blows you can take in life ,your family just telling you you're kicked out and no more thanksgiving dinner for you. I believe this is all some political mumbo jumbo because apparently it stemmed from Enes supporting something his father didn't believe in. I don't have the smallest inclination in what goes on over in Turkey, but I know it ain't America and you don't get to have the same religious or political freedoms without consequence over there. In this case the family just disowned him. Now most of you are probably like WOAH!!! That's some fucked up shit. Not really, in Turkey if you don't get murdered for disagreeing with your father you're probably doing quite well for yourself. I'm sure Enes is a little upset I know I would be, that 17 million he's making this year will help ease the pain. Just be happy you're a famous basketball player Enes, or else you'd probably be in one of those ISIS beheading videos.
The US Men's basketball program has to be, in my opinion, which is the right opinion, the single most dominant program in all of sports history. More dominant than the Yankees, or Jordan's Bulls, or Russell's Celtics. The United States basketball program over the last 30 years has been nothing shy of complete and utter dominance, with the exception of the 2004 catastrophic failure, the US has won gold every Olympics since 1992. It's not just wins, it's pure destruction. Games filled with alley-oops, dunks and absurd blocks, it all seems like a video game to these guys. The US will coast to a gold medal this year, WITHOUT, 4 of the 5 best players in the world (Lebron, Russell, Steph, Anthony Davis -- KD being the one exception) all not playing. The only sport that would be the equivalent in the level of strength for domination would be Football, and we all know the rest of the world isn't about that action. With an all-time Olympic record of 130 Wins and 5 Losses, the numbers speak for themselves, With some of the greatest coaching staffs ever put together and the brotherhood bond these NBA superstars have with one another, it's truly a pleasure to witness these games and the show they put on for their country.
- Muk by DjackRussell Westbrook signed a 3 year 85 million dollar extension with OKC last night, ruining all hopes of him coming to LA and becoming one of the greatest PG ever. I respect Westbrook's decision to be loyal to his city and fans by staying put, something his "bestfriend" aka Kevin Durant couldn't do. I just hope Russell realizes he's flushing championship rings, a lavish LA lifestyle, and a statue outside the staples center down the shitter by staying in OKC. I'll still enjoy every second of him racking up triple doubles regularly and dancing wildly with Cameron Payne pregame but, it won't be the same as watching him bring home multiple championships in the purple and gold.
