Russell Westbrook signs 3 year extension with Thunder

Russell Westbrook signed a 3 year 85 million dollar extension with OKC last night, ruining all hopes of him coming to LA and becoming one of the greatest PG ever. I respect Westbrook's decision to be loyal to his city and fans by staying put, something his "bestfriend" aka Kevin Durant couldn't do. I just hope Russell realizes he's flushing championship rings, a lavish LA lifestyle, and a statue outside the staples center down the shitter by staying in OKC. I'll still enjoy every second of him racking up triple doubles regularly and dancing wildly with Cameron Payne pregame but, it won't be the same as watching him bring home multiple championships in the purple and gold.
