Via netsdaily.comBy Nicky DLast month Jeremy Lin inked a deal with the Brooklyn Nets to once again make his return to New York. What can we expect? Pretty much nothing. During the 2012 season when Lin played for the Knicks, in his first 10 games he averaged almost 25 points per game almost 10 assists per game and shot nearly 50% from the field. In 26 games that he started that season before tearing his meniscus he averaged 18.5 points and nearly 8 assists a game. Since his stint with the Knicks, Lin has played for the Rockets, Lakers, Hornets and now the Nets. The NBA has never experienced a performance by Lin remotely similar to linsanity again and probably never will. Linsanity was too good to be true, over the past 3 seasons Lin is averaging a little under 12 points and just about 4 assists a game. I wish Lin the best as he comes back to New York, but I won't expect much.
