By MukAndrew Wiggins' current hot streak shows no signs of slowing, as he posted his 18th-straight game with 20 or more points, the longest active streak in the NBA, when the Wolves beat the Kings Monday. Wiggins dropped 27 points, while adding 4 steals and 4 rebounds. Through the month of February, Wiggins averaged 28.8 points, and over his last 9 games, 2.4 steals per game. Him and Karl-Anthony Towns have been on an absolute tear this past month, with KAT also averaging 28.4 points and 13.3 rebounds a game through February. It's great to see the Timberwolves two young stars really putting it together, with KAT averaging 24.1 points a game on the season, and Andrew Wiggins averaging 23.4 points a game, the two youngin's have really been red-hot. The Wolves have one of the brightest futures in the NBA, and they are just some time and a few more key pieces away from being able to really become a threat in the West, just mark my words. With the win over the Kings Monday, the Wolves have moved within 2.5 games of the 8th seed in the West, creeping up on the Nuggets. With 22-games remaining, the Wolves will need Andrew and KAT to continue their recent dominance, as these two young superstars are going to have to carry the Timberwolves into that 8th seed. PS - This young man can FLY ---- get out of his way!!!
