UFC to form Fighters Union

For the first time in the organizations existence, their is now some form of fighters association for the employees of the UFC. It is likely this has to do with the recent sale of the UFC. The key now for the association will be to get fighters to join, and more importantly the top fighters in the game to join to set the standard and precedent. I love this move for the union because I have been saying for months the fighters need one. After Conor & Nate 2 fell apart for the 200 cars over the press conferences, I felt that a union was needed to get these things hammered out between the Program and Fighters, and the level of pay for these elite athletes needs to be increased, in correlation to the amount of revenue the UFC has been generating. The Association will hold a press conference next week in Vegas, so until then, we will be on the look out for more details from the Associations Twitter account.
