All Charges Against Darrelle Revis Dropped

New York Daily News: "Darrelle Revis is free to play football again. A Pittsburgh judge has dismissed all charges against the former Jets cornerback who was accused of knocking two men out cold after a street confrontation in February, according to an NFL Network reporter.

Rashawn Bolton, Revis' high school teammate, testified that he delivered the knockout punches.

"If you was my friend and you said you was getting jumped, I'd help you," Bolton told a prosecutor. Bolton said he pulled the accusers off Revis, and punched them after they charged. Bolton said it was his voice that was the one heard on a video, bragging "I knocked both of these motherf------ out." He left court without further comment.

Revis, wearing a red-patterned suit and blue tie under a gray wool coat, arrived at court just before 1 p.m. for a preliminary hearing.

Revis, 31, was charged with aggravated assault, robbery and other crimes after a confrontation in his hometown with two men, aged 22 and 21, in February."
