By DjackMan what a series this was, two extra inning games, and the Yankees keep on rolling. Another series win for the Yanks making this there fourth straight series win in a row. If you read my Yankees-Royals series preview I basically nailed this one on the head. A lot of lead changes, tight games, and the Yankees won the last two games like I said they would. Judge went deep in game two making his recent struggles a little easier to cope with. I thought he was going to explode this series which he didn't, but atleast he mashed one out of the park. Starlin Castro was the savior in the rubber game last night, we were down 4-1 he pissed on a ball that went over 400ft to bring us within one run. Ultimately, we'd claw and scratch our way to a 5-4 victory in game 3 and gained some ground in the wild card race. Now we're just two nd a half games out of the wild card, with us playing the Orioles next this is the time to swoop in and take their spot in the second wild card spot, they've been cold and we've been hot so we should have the momentum going into the series. If Tanaka can pitch like he has lately we have a true ace going forward because he's basically an automatic win lately when he takes the mound. The Young pitchers aka Cessa and Green have also turned a few heads by giving quality starts and keeping us in games. Everyone is stepping up when they need to, that's why we look like a completely different team from the start of the year, and no better time to play your best baseball than September. El Gary Sanchez has been right about basically everything he predicted, I continue to believe in this guy as he can do no wrong.
