By CV Tony Gutierrez, The Hour The Rangers stayed hot last night after a walk off hit by pitch by Rougned Odor in the 10th inning. This came after a Carlos Beltran 2 run single tied the game in the 10th. The Rangers are now 7-3 in their last 10 games and have a 6.5 game lead in the AL West. This team is a great overall team that should be feared come playoff time. They have a solid starting staff led by Cole Hamels and Yu Darvish, who's back healthy and pitching well. They also have one of the most explosive offenses in baseball, even more so after the trades to bring Carlos Beltran and Jonathan Lucroy to Texas. The teams one glaring weakness is their bullpen which is 27th out of 30 teams in baseball in era. The Rangers also acquired Jeremy Jeffress who has had a solid season closing for the brewers. He should help solidify the back end of the bullpen. As of right now, its hard to argue that the Rangers aren't the best team in the American League.
